How It All Began

Thanks for stopping by and wanting to learn more about us!

Let me introduce myself, I'm Stephanie and i'm the founder and owner of La Muerte Corso Kennel.

          How did i get started?

Well that's easy. It was decades of love, passion and ownership of the Cane Corso, that led my husband and i to embark on the journey of keeping this only coursing Mastiff true to its original purpose. A working dog. A protection dog. A Nanny dog. A Coursing dog.

We were determined to set ourselves apart by showing the world what these dogs were made to do.

So it began. Jan 2017 we brought our first Dam "Ruka Muerte", a Black Brindle Female home.

After waiting 2 years for the perfect male, we Purchased our Sire "Santo Muerte" a Carbon Fawn.

Their first litter was born march of 2022 and their second feb of 2023. Her last litter will be here anyday.

Our second Dam joined our family in 2022 "La Calavera Catrina Muerte" a grey/blue in color.

To continue our lineage we kept a female from our 2023 litter from )"Ruka" amd "Santo")  "Reina Muerte" a red.

We have since bought a Male our new stud "El Jefe De La Muerte" and all black with zero white anywhere.

       Do we have a Stud?

Yes, you are in luck! We do Offer Stud Services from "Santo" and will have our new stud "El Jefe"  avail starting Jan 2026.

We offer natural mating, insemenation, and frozen.

           About our pack:

All of our dogs were specifically and carefully chosen for temperment, health, and athleticism. To ensure health among our breeding pairs they have proven DNA, HIP/ELBOWS are tested, along with DSRA, CMR1.

We breed according to the S.A.C.C.I. to embody the Standard of the Cane Corso Itiliano, for ethical breeding with AKC's H.E.A.R.T program, and With GoodDog.com.

As a responsible breeder, i continued my education in Canine College by achieving my certifications in Genetics and breeding systems, Canine ABCs, and Canine Anatomy. I am CPR certified and heavily experienced in whelping.
